Who we are

For decades, Transit Ambassador training programs have been a cornerstone of skills development in the public transit industry. Originally designed by the Canadian Urban Transit Association (CUTA) to meet the needs of Canadian transit agencies, the programs quickly earned a reputation for quality, practicality, and industry relevance.

Over time, they expanded to serve agencies across North America, adapting to evolving technologies and operational challenges. Today, Transit Ambassador continues to build capacity at all levels—equipping front-line staff, supervisors, and managers with the tools to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-oriented transit service.

Testimonials

"The Transit Ambassador Customer Service program is excellent. The program facilitator was fantastic and had insights into the experiential learning method that were invaluable to me. On my first day back to work, I was already able to use learnings from the program to help a transit operator reframe how they would deal with a difficult situation and for myself to deescalate with a disgruntled customer."
Erin - Wood Buffalo, AB
